Stacey
Altemus, Chair - Stacey has been mentoring for over 10 years and coordinated an award-winning mentoring program for her past employer. She is currently Vice President of Client Operations at Cash Connect, a division of WSFS Bank. A lifelong Delawarean, Stacey is enjoying raising her middle school daughter and high school son. Stacey's enthusiasm for giving back to the community is evident in her many activities, including participating in the annual 'Bike to the Bay' MS Society cycling event

Jim Patton, Vice Chair
- Jim is an instructor at the Academy of Life Long Learning in Wilmington. He retired from a career with the DuPont Company and is a former management consultant. He is also a published author and a presenter for Connecting Generations' Creative Transitions program.

Shane
E. Breakie, Treasurer - Shane is a Director for Chesapeake Utilities, a natural gas utility based in Dover, and the President of CHEERP, a nonprofit organization created to assist those in need with their energy bills. A graduate of the University of Delaware with an MBA from Wilmington College, Shane lives in Middletown with his wife and twins.
Edward
F. (Mike) Eaton, Secretary- Mike rejoined the board this year, making this his eleventh year of active service. He is an attorney specializing in Family Law and volunteers to help children in dependency/neglect cases. He is a lifelong member of the community and is married with two children. He enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and gardening. Mike was honored with Connecting Generations' Robert A. Kasey, Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009.
Benita
M. Allen - Benita retired from Marriott as Director of Human Resources after 25 years of service. She is currently a Certified Life Coach and is the Founder and President of Pathways to Wholeness / Emerge Program, which assists inner city women in recognizing their inner strength and capabilities and challenges them to live to their fullest potential.

Dr.
Anita Amurao - Anita practices Pediatric/Adolescent Psychiatry in Wilmington. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, she serves as President of the Board of the Mental Health Association in Delaware. This is her first term on the Board of Connecting Generations.

Dave Kasey,
- Dave has worked in property management for over 25 years with Bellevue Holding Company and MBNA. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Community Center, an MBNA mentor and a baseball coach in the Piedmont Baseball League for 7 years. He is in the process of joining the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club and has been involved with Junior Achievement. His father Robert Kasey founded Creative Grandparenting Inc. and he is excited about helping the organization reach the long term vision that his father embraced. B.S. in Business Administration from James Madison University, VA.

Carmen Jordan-Cox,
- A native of Savannah, GA., Dr. Jordan-Cox received her A.B. degree in Sociology from Indiana University, M.Ed. in Counselor Education and Student Personnel Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and Ph.D. in the Organization and Administration of Higher Education from Boston College. She completed post-doctoral study in Harvard University's Institute for Educational Management. She has held administrative positions at Bryant University, Indiana University, Anne Arundel Community College and the University Without Walls of Antioch University. Over the past 30 years she has served as Chief Student Affairs Officer at Wilson College, Assistant Professor of Education at Spelman College and the University of San Francisco, Acting President at Laney College and Merritt College. Presently, she serves as Vice President for Student Affairs at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Carmen's extensive board and community involvements include the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, National Collegiate Athletic Association, Humane Society, Fromm Institute for Lifelong Learning, Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center, and NCAA Division I Basketball. A resident of Bear, DE, Dr. Jordan-Cox is a professional landscape photographer and a Certified Mediator.

Nolan Lewis,
- Nolan is an Accounting Specialist with Delaware Health and Human Services. He has held a variety of jobs as an Account Specialist with the State Division of Finance, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Accenture/AstraZeneca. He has coached in Pop Warner football league and youth basketball. He is an Active Member of the Elk's Lodge and an active member of the Masonic Lodge (African Harmony Grand Lodge). He has been a treasurer and secretary for the Masons and in the Past Board President. Nolan was raised in Maryland and currently lives in Wilmington.
- Michelle Mack-Williams,
- Michelle has worked with AstraZeneca for over 10 years. She is a clinical data management professional with varied experience in the pharmaceutical industry with current expertise in clinical trial management, data review, data editing, and data cleaning. She has experience in clinical phase’s I-IV, as well as, experience in numerous therapeutic areas including Oncology, Endocrinology, Cardiology and Respiratory. She also worked for Kraft Foods in Dover for 20 years and 5 years at Scott and Sons. She has very strong data management skills. She is a member of AstraZeneca African American Network and the Healthcare Businesswomen Association. She grew up in Dover and currently lives in Middletown.

Christine A. Malone - Christine works as a consultant on wireless technology issues, primarily to municipalities and other public entities. Raised in Wilmington, she currently lives in New Jersey. She serves on the Boards of AFDECT, whose mission is to build girls schools in Afghanistan, and the Wings Foundation. This is her third term on the Board of Connecting Generations.

Jim Purcell
Jim has nearly 20 years of experience in the public sector involving education, human services. Jim has a Masters Degree in Public Administration. After his graduate degree Jim worked for several state and federal elected officials in DE and Washington, D.C. Jim worked from 2002-2005 with the American Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula as Manager of the Southern DE office. In 2005, Jim became the State Director for Communities In Schools of DE and supports the strategic planning & development of CIS throughout the state. As State Director, Jim has helped grow CIS in DE from 5 schools to 12 schools, and a budget of $350,000 to over $750,000.

Glenn Stelzer
Glenn, originally from Missouri, served in WWII and obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University. He joined Hercules, Inc. in 1951and retired after 42 years, having worked in various American and European locations. Glenn is active in SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives.
- Carol White,
- Carol worked for over 25 years with Federal Judiciary as a Court Reporter, Jury Administrator, Administrative Officer and Personal Secretary to Judge Frank Johnson. Judge Johnson submitted the first school desegregation memorandum and opinion/order. She has also worked as a secretary to Governor George Wallace of Alabama and Governor John B. Connolly of Texas. She spent 8 years with the FBI as a confidential clerk and served as Office Manager for Creative Grandparenting, Inc.She has mentored for over 15 years and believes passionately in the need for adults to help our youth reach their full potential. Carol is a member of Christ Church, Christiana Hundred and is a graduate of the University of the South, School of Theology through the extension program; Education for Ministry. She is currently an undergraduate at the University of Delaware majoring in American History. She volunteers with many organizations.

- After living and working in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Europe, Jane moved to Delaware, married, raised two children, and served as a State Representative in the Delaware General Assembly for 20 years. She has been honored both nationally and locally for her advocacy for children for more than 30 years. She served on the Board of Connecting Generations for 10 years.
