Take Route 273 out of New Castle for approximately 2 miles and turn LEFT onto US-13 South/US-301 South/ US-40 West. Continue to follow US-40 West for approximately 4 miles. Turn RIGHT into Governor’s Square.

From the West:

Take US-896 South for approximately 3.5 miles. Turn LEFT onto US-40 East/Pulaski Highway and proceed about 4.5 miles to the Route 7 intersection. Make a U-turn there onto US-40 West, go less than ½ mile and turn RIGHT into Governor’s Square.

From the North:
I-95 South (Wilmington, DE.) to the Delaware Avenue (Route 52) Exit. Make a left at the first traffic light onto Delaware Avenue. Go on Delaware Avenue to Y in the road.
To CSB Office Building,
At the Y, take the road on the right (Delaware Ave.), go three blocks, Delaware Avenue will turn into 10th Street, the CSB office building will be on your right at Orange Street
To CSB Parking Garage,
At Y, take the road on the left (11th Street), go three blocks to Orange Street, make left, entrance to parking garage will be on your left as soon as you turn the corner. Pull in, go to top of ramp, take ticket, park in any open parking space.
From the South:
I-95 North (Wilmington, DE.) to the Delaware Avenue (Route 52) Exit. You will exit onto Adams Street. Go straight on Adam Street to 4th traffic light (Delaware Avenue). Make a right onto Delaware Avenue. Go on Delaware Avenue to Y in the road.
To CSB Office Building,
At the Y, take the road on the right (Delaware Ave.), go three blocks, Delaware avenue will turn into 10th street, CSB office building will be on your right at 10th and Orange Street.
To CSB Parking Garage,
At the Y, take the road on the left (11th Street), go three blocks to Orange Street, make left, entrance to parking garage will be on your left as soon as you turn the corner. Pull in, go to top of ramp, take ticket, park in any open parking space.
Walking from CSB parking garage to CSB office building: Exit parking garage using stairs or elevator to Orange Street, walk one block south to 10th street, CSB office building is located at 100 West 10th Street.

Take Route 13 or Route 1 North (from Dover), then Route 72 North to Newark. Continue on 72 North until the intersection of East Main Street and Ogletown Road. Turn LEFT at the light at the intersection, then make an immediate LEFT into the library parking lot just past the intersection.
From the East:

Take Route 273 West (to Newark) Route 273 becomes Ogletown Road. Proceed on 273 West, past Avon on your right. Route 273 becomes Ogletown Road. Cross Route 72/Route 2 onto east Main Street and make an immediate LEFT into the library parking lot just past the intersection.

Pass the DuPont Experimental Station on your left, turn RIGHT onto Barley Mill Road/Route 141 South and cross the Tyler McConnell Bridge. Proceed approximately 3.5 miles and merge onto Kirkwood Highway/Route 2 West. Proceed approximately 3.7 miles and the library will be on the LEFT across from the All Saints Cemetery. Make a U-turn on the highway to the library access road.
From the South:

Take Route 1 North to the Wilmington area, where it becomes Route 7 North. Follow Route 7 North for approximately 3 miles and turn LEFT onto Kirkwood Highway/Route 2 West. Turn RIGHT onto Valley Road immediately after Lantana Square Shopping Center and proceed approximately 1.2 miles. The library will be on the RIGHT.

Take Route 1 North to the Wilmington area, where it becomes Route 7 North. Pass Christiana Mall and continue North on Route 7 for approximately 8.6 miles. (During that time you will cross over Route 2/Kirkwood Highway.) Turn RIGHT onto Valley Road immediately after Lantana Square Shopping Center and proceed approximately 1.2 miles. The library will be on the RIGHT.
From the East:

Take Route 7 North toward Newport/Pike Creek. Cross over Kirkwood Highway (Route 2) and proceed approximately 5 more miles. Turn RIGHT onto Valley Road immediately after Lantana Square Shopping Center and proceed approximately 1.2 miles. The library will be on the RIGHT.
From the West:

Take South Union Street/PA Route 82 South from downtown for approximately 1 mile, South Union Street becomes Kaolin Road. Proceed approximately 2.8 miles. At Hartefeld National Golf Course stay STRAIGHT to go onto Limestone Road. Turn RIGHT ONTO RAMP to PA Route 41 South. Proceed 1.5 miles and turn RIGHT onto Valley Road. The library will be on the LEFT.

Take DE-1 South from Christiana Mall for approximately 59 miles. Turn Right onto Rt. 113 South and proceed about 16.5 miles. Bear Left at the fork onto North Bedford Street, and go about 1.5 miles until you reach the roundabout.  Take the 2^nd Right in the roundabout onto South Bedford Street (you have essentially traveled straight across the roundabout.) Go 1 block and turn Right on West Pine Street. 

From the West:

Take US-9 Business Route West/Savannah Road approximately 2 miles to 5 Points. At that point the road becomes US-9 West/US-404 West/Lewes Georgetown Highway. Proceed about 12 miles to the Georgetown roundabout. Take the 3^rd Right off the roundabout onto South Bedford Street. Go 1 block and turn Right on West Pine Street. 

From the South:

Take US-113 North for about 8 miles. Turn Right on West Market Street/US-9 and go about .5 miles to the Georgetown roundabout.  Take the 1st Right off the roundabout onto South Bedford Street. Go 1 block and turn Right on West Pine Street.  

From the West:

(Including: Seaford, Bridgeville)

Take US-13 North approximately 2 miles and turn Right on Route 18/Cannon Road. Proceed approximately 1 mile and bear Right onto Seashore Highway/Route 18/ 404 towards Georgetown.  Proceed approximately 10 miles. Merge right onto North Bedford Road and proceed to the Georgetown roundabout. Take the 2^nd Right in the roundabout onto South Bedford Street (you have essentially traveled straight across the roundabout.) Go 1 block and turn Right on West Pine Street.

From the South:

From the center of Georgetown, take Route 113 NORTH for about 16 miles. Pass Route 1 and continue on Route 113 NORTH for another 8 miles. Bear LEFT onto ALT Route 113/Clapham Road and proceed about 6 miles. Turn LEFT onto Lebanon Road, proceed about 1 mile and turn RIGHT onto Route 13 NORTH. Proceed about .2 miles and the library will be on your RIGHT.

From the East:

Take Route 9 South and turn RIGHT onto South Little Creek Road. Proceed about 3.5 miles and within city limits the road becomes Court Street. Turn LEFT onto ALT Route 113 SOUTH. After approximately 1.5 miles the road will merge with Route 13 SOUTH. Proceed about 2 more miles and make a U-turn at Route 10/Lebanon Road to go back on Route 13 NORTH.  Proceed about .2 miles and the library will be on your RIGHT.

From the West:

Take Route 8 East / Halltown Road towards Dover. Route 8 will become Forrest Avenue. Within city limits, turn RIGHT on South State Street and proceed slightly over a mile. Turn RIGHT onto Route 13 SOUTH and proceed about 2 miles. Make a U-turn at Route 10/Lebanon Road to go back on Route 13 NORTH.  Proceed about .2 miles and the library will be on your RIGHT.

From the South:

On US 13 N turn left at  the light/intersection by McDonalds. Go through four traffic lights and cross the railroad bridge. At the base of the bridge turn left onto Porter ST.  Go two blocks . 402 North Porter ST is at the end of the 2nd block on the right.

From the West:  

RT 20 W becomes Stein Highway. Come off RT 20 W onto Stein Highway. Pass the light/intersection at Wilmington Trust Bank.  At the base of the railroad bridge (do not go over the bridge) make a right onto Porter ST. Go two blocks.  402 North Porter ST is at the end of the 2nd block on the right.
