About Creative Transitions

Creative Transitions has focused on supporting adults who are transitioning from the workforce into retirement, although we are currently considering and developing new programs that will support adults of all ages in all types of transitions. These may include individuals moving from high school into university education, those graduating and beginning careers, adults considering or in the midst of transitions in the middle of their careers, and adults who are taking on the responsibilities of caring for aging parents.
