Creative Transitions, a program of Connecting Generations, is designed to smooth the path for people of all ages who are dealing with transition in their lives. We all experience many transitions in life as we grow up, start a career, marry, move, suffer loss and enter retirement. These adjustments are often difficult since we in essence have to re-invent ourselves as a result of the changes in our lives. Our culture often expects us to manage these transitions on our own with little support since we all go through them. As a result, many people find these transitions challenging.

Traditionally we have provided workshops to support adults who are transitioning from the workforce into retirement. We are also expanding the Creative Transitions program to offer support to adults going through other transitions in their lives.
