Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts on the Wilmington Riverfront

Swing into Spring evolved from Connecting Generations' annual fundraising event known as Jazz in January.  With warmer weather and a shorter, more informal format, this fun cocktail party celebrates the mission of Connecting Generations, raises funds for its programs, and honors mentors and mentoring champions from Delaware.

Great Food 

Catering will be provided by Sugarfoot, synonymous with good taste and outstanding service.   A wide selection of alcoholic and soft drinks will be served with a variety of savory heavy hors d’oeuvres and sweet desserts, including:

                                            Filet of Beef on Cheddar Almond Crouton

Shrimp Tostada with Guacamole

Red Onion Tart Tatin with Goat Cheese & Fresh Chives

Sipper of Cream of Asparagus Soup

Malaysian Chicken Sate with Peanut Sauce

Baked Brie en Croute with Dried Michigan Cherries, Mashuganuts & Caramel Drizzle, Served with Crackers

Mango Chutney Glazed Ham Served with Small Rolls & Champagne Mustard

Roasted Artichoke, Spinach & Boursin Dip Served with Pumpernickel

Great Entertainment 

We're excited to feature Sean "Sinatra" Reilly, a Delaware native, who was recently named "The best “Ol' Blue Eyes” in Blue Eyes' hometown!  Sean's music will set the fun tone for the evening, and is sure to get young and old alike in the dancing mood!  Read more about Sean Read recent News Journal article about Sean.

Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts on Wilmington's Riverfront is an exciting, unique venue.  With it's modern, industrial feel, this will be like no other event we've had!  Guests will have access to the galleries with contemporary art from local and international artists.  The DCCA is known for its challenging and intriguing exhibitions, and its current and upcoming offerings are no exception.
